The Pakrut gold mine,?invested in and operated by CNMC in Tajikistan, is located on the Pamir Plateau at an altitude of 2,000 meters. It?holds?30 tonnes?of gold resources. Despite challenges such as difficult?transportation, frequent avalanches, and limited?communications, the project officially commenced production in 2018. Since then, it?has developed?into a modern, integrated gold producer encompassing?mining, beneficiation, and smelting, and stands as?a pioneering project in CNMC's foray into?mineral resource development in Central Asia.
